Profile

Swiss private banking is at a generational crossroads. The institutions that will lead the next decade are not those with the most AUM — they are those with the governance architecture, risk intelligence and digital infrastructure to move faster, serve clients better and satisfy regulators more elegantly than the generation before them.

I have spent my career building exactly that. As a senior GRC leader in Swiss private banking and wealth management, I work at the intersection of board governance, enterprise risk, regulatory compliance and digital transformation — the four disciplines that determine whether a private bank thrives or stagnates in the decade ahead.

My focus is the back-to-front digitalisation of private banking: modernising core banking infrastructure, embedding AI and RegTech into compliance and risk processes, redesigning client journeys, and building the organisational governance models that make transformation sustainable — not just a technology project.
